This privacy policy applies to the mobile application CallQuick App app that is currently available in google play store. So when you use that mobile application, you agree with this privacy policy. You agree with the Terms of Service in order to use CallQuick App.

Please also note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Information collected:

(i) by third party services (including google in app billing) that you may use via CallQuick App; or

(ii) by other organizations who advertise their services on CallQuick App.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU:

In CallQuick App, we collect two kinds of information from you. Personal information which is provided by you and non-Personal information which we collect from your system using android APIS. When you install this application you provide us the permission to collect non-personal information.

“Personal Information”:

When you install this app and run, we give you option to login with your google account or guest mode. If profile completion needed we may ask for your “name”, “city”, “age” and “gender”. According to this policy, you agree that you will provide this information.

“Non-personal information:”

When you install this application you agree that we can access your microphone and network information while the app is used in order to let everyone talk on voice call. To run this software we collect your private and public IP address. We also collect your device name model, time zone for App improvements and  Advertisement ID from your device for Add-serving purpose so that you get ads related to your interest.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

We saved your provided personal information on our database in order to give you better and improved services/features in future updates. Based on your personal information we customize messages that are sent to our server. We exchange your non-personal information(your IP) using a signaling server with the remote peer whom you are going to connect. Your non-personal information is saved within the application. Human user can’t see your non-personal information in the application UI. Your Advertisement ID is shared with Ad-Serving Companies so that they can serve advertisement in your device.

While we employ robust security measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems against unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, or technical failures. In the event of a security breach or technical malfunction, we will take all reasonable steps to mitigate any potential impact on your data. Ad Blocker Usage and Penalty:

Our app relies on ads to support its free features and maintain ongoing development. Use of ad blockers may limit app functionality, impacting your overall experience. To encourage fair usage, continued use of ad blockers may result in restricted access to certain features or a deduction in reward points or stars. By using the app, you agree to disable ad blockers for a fully functional experience, and acknowledge the potential penalties if ad blockers are detected.

“AI TEXT GENERATION POLICY”

The App utilizes the Gemini API to answer your English grammar and translation questions through AI Assistant. Gemini API may collect and process your queries according to their own privacy policy, which can be found here [click here]. We recommend you review their policy for details on their data practices.

“VOICE CALL POLICY”:

This application allows you to talk to strangers. You will be talking to a stranger, not any customer care representative. If anyone claims to be our customer care representative and ask your private information, we request you not to share any information. In the conversation, if you are harassed by someone, CallQuick App wont be responsible. You can share your private information with a stranger through voice call but we don’t recommend doing so and CallQuick App will not be responsible if any person misuses the information shared by you. We don’t keep any record of the conversation. So, you agree that you wont ask any record of your conversation in future. We don’t keep any records or logs of your conversations. If, you are harassed by your speaking partner, CallQuick App wont be able to provide any details of the conversation to you or any other organizations. You also agree that you wont trust any information provided by your speaking partner via voice conversation or any other way. Your speaking partner may lie or use the app for prank or fun. You agree that you are using this application just to improve your English speaking or communication skill.

IN-APP-PURCHASE and FEATURE POLICY:

Our application doesn’t provide any in-app-purchase right now, Everything on the app is accessible to everyone free of cost, However there may be some changes applied in future.

FUTURE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

In future, we may use your information to match you with a better speaking partner. We may provide you customized advertisements based on the information provided by you. You agree that in future we can use your personal information for those purposes.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION:

You agree that we can share your Personal information (that you’ve filled while signing up on the app) with government organizations or any law enforcement agencies as per the law of your country if required.

UPDATE and DELETE of INFORMATION:

You agree that you may update your information once you register your information. But you can uninstall the app and re register with new details if needed or you can request us to remove your signed up data from our server, however the personal information we ask for sign up is so basic.

SERVICE RELATED ANNOUNCEMENTS:

You agree to receive service-related announcements in this application. We may send messages to you in this app.

USE OF THIRD PARTY APPS FROM USER DEVICE:

If CallQuick App requires to initiate any particular services (For example messaging , showing aa PDF, opening a Doc, Displaying Live score, displaying any other content), it may open the service using the appropriate third party apps that is installed in the user device. So, user should agree on the policy that CallQuick App can open other apps that is installed in the user device.
