General Rules and Guidelines for Using CallQuick

Welcome to CallQuick, the platform for connecting and improving your English and communication skills. To ensure a safe, productive, and enjoyable experience for everyone and avoid service stoppage as permanent ban, please follow these rules and guidelines:

1. Respect Others

• Never abuse, insult, or use offensive language during calls/voice rooms/anywhere on the app.
• Maintain a polite and respectful tone with all users.

2. Promote a Learning Environment

• Keep conversations focused on learning and communication improvement.
• Avoid irrelevant or inappropriate topics that disrupt the learning atmosphere.
• Do not stay silent on the calls.
• Do not disrupt the sessions by loud or irrelevant disturbing sounds/noises.

3. Be Honest and Fair

• Do not make fake reports against other users. This disrupts the community and may lead to penalties for false claims.

4. Follow Room Guidelines

• Use rooms responsibly and adhere to the rules outlined at Voice Room Policies.
• Ensure all participants are aware of and follow the guidelines.

5. Report Issues Responsibly

• If you encounter any inappropriate behavior, report it through the app’s reporting feature with accurate and clear details. False and repetitive reporting and attempt to cheat the system or manipulate the moderation team is strictly prohibited.

6. Abuse and Harassment

• Any form of abuse, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated and will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

7. No Personal Info

• Do not share or ask for personal details. Sharing personal contact details/social ids can terribly impact on your life. Only you are responsible for this. We strictly recommend do not share your real identity or personal info. Just interact with people for communication enhancement.

8. Consequences for Violations

• Violating any of these rules may lead to penalties, including temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
