Code of Conduct and Terms of Service for Room Hosting and Participation
Note: “We,” “us,” and “our platform” refer to CallQuick.
This Code of Conduct and Terms of Service (“Terms”) outlines the rules and expectations for all users who host or participate in rooms on our platform. By hosting or joining a room, you agree to abide by these Terms to maintain the integrity and educational purpose of our platform. Failure to comply may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension.
1. General Guidelines
1.1. Users must ensure that their behavior aligns with the educational goals of the platform.
1.2. All communication within the rooms must remain respectful, professional, and constructive.
1.3. Personal disputes or conflicts must not be brought into public or private rooms.
2. Hosting Guidelines
2.1. Room Content:

Rooms must focus on productive, educational, and value-driven topics.

Off-topic or irrelevant discussions that deviate from the stated purpose of the room are prohibited.
2.2. Professional Conduct:

Hosts must not encourage or allow flirting, inappropriate language, or behavior.

Sharing personal social media IDs, phone numbers, or other personal contact information is strictly forbidden.
2.3. Fair Practice:

Hosting multiple rooms simultaneously with the intent to exploit platform mechanics is prohibited.
2.4. Excessive Kickouts:
- Avoid triggering frequent instances of users being removed from rooms in the form of kickouts. Please ensure that users are only removed when they exhibit abusive or inappropriate behavior.
2.5 Fresh Start for Every Session:
- Treat every new session as a fresh instance. Greet all users warmly without carrying over any past grievances or biases.
2.6 Listener Inclusion:
- Not all users may feel comfortable speaking. Allow them the space to remain in the room and engage as listeners if they prefer.
2.7 Fostering Positivity:
- Maintain a welcoming and respectful environment to ensure users feel encouraged to participate or simply stay in the room.
3. Participation Guidelines
3.1. Respectful Behavior:

Participants must treat others with respect, regardless of differing opinions.

Interrupting or disrupting discussions is not allowed.
3.2. Prohibited Actions:

Sharing personal contact details or social media links is forbidden.
Using inappropriate/misleading display name is prohibited.

Flirting or engaging in inappropriate conversations is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Constructive Contributions:

Participants are encouraged to contribute meaningfully to the discussion.

Negative or disruptive behavior, including trolling or off-topic discussions, is not allowed.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
4.1. Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Discussions or content promoting illegal activities, violence, or harmful behavior are banned.
4.3. Plagiarized, misleading, or false content is not permitted.
4.4. Hosting or participating in rooms to bypass platform policies or exploit loopholes is prohibited.
5. Reporting Violations
5.1. Users can report violations using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support.
5.2. All reports will be reviewed, and appropriate actions will be taken based on the severity of the violation.
6. Penalties for Violations
6.1. Strike System:

First Strike: Warning issued and temporary suspension (if applicable).

Second Strike: Extended suspension or restriction from hosting/participating.

Third Strike: Permanent ban from the platform.
6.2. Immediate Bans:

Severe violations, such as hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities, may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior strikes.
7. Appeals Process
7.1. Users may appeal bans or suspensions by submitting a detailed explanation to support.
7.2. Appeals will be reviewed, and decisions will be communicated within 7 business days.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
8.2. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

By hosting or participating in rooms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.
